Pools and Spas
This is an evaluation of the current condition, at the time of inspection, of all accessible pool components, which includes the following:
- Area safety protection and electrical equipment placement -
This is the pool or spa location, type of security fencing, gates or screen enclosure. The proximity of electrical wires, the location of electrical outlets and their location placement
- Pool/Spa vessel -
Inspecting the condition of the pool/spa and deck surface condition which notes cracks, pitting and discoloration and inspecting for open joints, loose or cracked tiles. The drains are inspected for presence of anti-vortex covers for safety reasons.
- Pool/Spa equipment -
Inspecting for appropriate electrical bonding, GFCI outlets, junction box condition, pool/spa lights, the condition of pumps, filters, disconnects, timers, piping, controls, heaters, skimmers and other accessories.
- Pool/Spa operation -
Thjs is operation inspection of the pump for leakage, heater activation, proper skimming, filter pressure and filtration and operation of spa blower
