The inspection will be a limited, visual inspection performed to the best of the inspector’s ability in accordance with the standards of practice contained in the New Jersey Administrative Code at N.J.A.C. 13:40-15.16.

The following systems and components in residential building and other residential housing components shall be inspected: Structural, Exterior components, Roof system and components, Plumbing system and components, Electrical system and components, Heating system and components, cooling system and components, interior components, insulation components and ventilation, fireplace and solid fuel burning appliances.

FLORIDA
